In the article "The Sex Addiction Epidemic" author Chris Lee implores that the US is currently facing a serious sex addiction problem fueled by ads, television, and the web. Lee relies on pathos, ethos, logos, analogy and anecdotes to generate awareness to the public. Lee brings light on the possible causes and the consequences of being a sex addict.

It sounds okay, but maybe just listing all of the strategies at the end instead of the middle and moving the last sentence about Lee bringing light on the possible causes and the consequences of being a sex addict up. Hope that makes sense.
